Data Collection

We collect data necessary to provide services: name, email address, company name, and project data entered by the user. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for platform operation.

Contact form

The contact form on the homepage collects your full name, email address, company name, type of business, and an optional message. We use this data only to handle your enquiry (replying by email or phone) and keep it only as long as we're in touch about it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. To request deletion, reply to the confirmation email or write to hello@docubim.ai. Your submission is technically routed through a third-party form provider, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), before it reaches our inbox.

Per FormSubmit's own privacy policy (formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf, effective 2019-01-17): the provider does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what's needed to activate and run the service, processes data submitted through the form only to handle the request, and does not disclose it to third parties except where required to provide the service or by law. Cookies
